What is Workplace Frontline?

The Workplace Frontline add-on gives you tools to connect your deskless, frontline employees with your wider organization via Workplace. Frontline accounts are charged at a lower rate and give you additional tools designed specifically for those on the frontline of your business.
With Workplace Frontline, you can:
  • Enable login with access codes for those who don't have a work email address.
  • Manage your frontline staff's access to Workplace with Frontline membership.
  • Set custom terms to manage frontline workers access to Workplace outside working hours.
  • Create Areas to manage frontline employees.
  • Add employees in the frontline set to tailored default groups.
  • Disable frontline employees' ability to create groups.
